History
Kojimajō is said to have been first built by the Anekōji Clan in the Nanbokuchō Period. In that civil war Kojimajō was used by southern court supporters. In the Sengoku Period Kojimajō was occupied by the Kojima Clan but was obliterated by Kanamori Nagachika in his conquest of the area in 1585.
