- Please use the name most commonly associated with the castle in English. Do not use the suffix -jo (ex: Osaka-jo) and do not use Japanese kanji, do not use letters with accents or diacritics. You can add Kanji names or other variants in the form on the next page.
- If the castle name already exists, but is for a different castle, add the prefecture name in parentheses after the castle name ex: Matsuyama Castle (Saitama)
