- 13:29, 19 April 2023 ART talk contribs posted a new comment on Nagakubo Castle (Nagakubojō is an earthworks castle ruin. The remains of Nagakubojō can be found at the Jōyama Shrine. These earthworks, principally dorui (earthen ramparts), are all that remains of what was once quite a large medieval fort. The ruins actually represent one of Nagakubojō’s outer baileys, and not the central compound; one might imagine that the ruins used to be quite impressive then, but eventually they were developed over and are now destroyed or buried.)
