- 16:02, 5 June 2025 ART talk contribs posted a new comment on Amagasaki Castle (Amagasaki Castle is "Japan's newest castle", which is to say that it is the castle with the most recently reconstructed main keep. Unfortunately this castle tower, which had its grand opening back in March, 2019, is reconstructed out of concrete, and therefore a superficial reconstruction only. More recent tenshu reconstructions have been faithful to historical materials and building techniques, and so it's too bad that this "last castle of Heisei" is just another concrete museum from within....)
