Tagamiyama Castle

Tagamiyama was one of the forward mountain forts constructed by Shibata Katsuie’s forces to contain Toyotomi Hideyoshi’s army in northern Ōmi. It was part of a network of defenses including Gyoichiyama and Yamamotoyama.
