The Nakai Residence (Seri-gumi) is another City Historical site but is privately owned and only open occasionally. When I visited in in October 2021, I thought it was comparatively well preserved on the inside. In November 2022, it was covered in scaffolding and workmen were busy inside on a national holiday. Similar to the Yoshii Residence there could have been other structural damage they are repairing. I hope it is restored and made open to the public.
