Yokoyama Castle (Ina)

From Jcastle.info

There used to be a fortification ruin here but it was completely flattened by the development of a housing estate called Oh’ishidaira, and now nothing remains.

History

Although it is not known when Yokoyamajō was built or by whom, it seems quite likely that it was part of the network of fortifications protecting the uppermost part of the Ina Valley, which was Suwa Clan territory. In that case it was a satellite fortification of Ryūgasakijō. See: Ina Ryuugasaki Castle.
